Unagi bowl (una-don)

Featuring grilled eel brushed with sweet soy-sauce based glaze called tare, creating a caramelized exterior and a tender interior. Served over steamed white rice and garnished with pickled cucumber. This is a summer favorite in Japan! (available only during summer)
