Fresh catch salad

Catch of the day prepared grilled with olive oil, salt & pepper or blackened with Cajun seasoning; then drizzled with a lemon garlic sauce and served over mixed greens. Tossed in balsamic vinaigrette & drizzled with creamy citrus dressing. (gf)
