Made with brioche dough, the Cinnamon roll is one of our first pastries when Bree'Osh opened. Simplicity, flaky on the edge and moist at the center. Ingredients: flour, milk, sugar, salt, eggs, butter, cinnamon. Water, fresh yeast and sourdough (wild yeast)
