Morning bun

Made with brioche dough laminated and baked in a muffin mold with cinnamon and sugar. We call that "brioche feuilletée". A must try! Ingredients: flour, milk, sugar, salt, eggs, cinnamon, butter. Water, fresh yeast and sourdough (wild yeast)
