Bruschettone

Two pieces of toasted bread - one served with confit tomatoes, arugula, stracciata cheese, evoo, and balsamic reduction; the second with chopped & sauteed zucchini, eggplant and roasted red peppers in evoo.. (Subject to change based on seasonal availability)
