New spicy Buffalo cauliflower

All the fiery Buffalo sauce flavor, but lighter. Fresh cauliflower florets pan-roasted (not fried), then tossed in housemade Sriracha Buffalo sauce on top of ranch dressing. Topped with celery, scallions, cilantro, and Gorgonzola. [Cal.520]
