Moo shi tofu

Lightly fried tofu wok-tossed with egg, shredded bamboo, napa cabbage, cabbage, wood ear mushroom, bean sprouts, green onions, and carrots. Served with four Chinese pancake skins and hoisin sauce. All dinner entrées come with steamed rice
