Boliche "Criollo"

Traditional Cuban pot roast, featuring a tenderized eye of round beef, stuffed with chorizo sausage, marinated with garlic, oregano, bay leaf and extra-virgin olive oil, slowly roasted with onions, garlic, red wine and a rich beef gravy until tender, sliced and served with black beans, white rice and fried sliced sweet plantains.
