A Columbia classic since 1935. Spain’s favorite fish, boneless fillet of Merluza, lightly breaded with seasoned Cuban breadcrumbs, grilled on the flat top. Garnished with lemon butter, chopped hard-boiled egg and parsley. Served with yellow rice
