Dark mocha
A double shot of our house blend espresso, housemade dark chocolate ganache, and your choice of milk. Can be served hot or iced. We use 72% dark chocolate from the Dominican Republic, from local company Nibble Chocolate, to make our (dairy-free!) dark chocolate ganache. Our standard Dark Mocha is not very sweet--for a sweeter mocha, we recommend adding vanilla syrup. We use whole milk unless otherwise requested
