Delicious pieces of choice arrachera (skirt steak), chicken or shrimp grilled to perfection. Served in a spicy salsa quemada with grilled cebollitas, and fresh grilled nopal (cactus). Topped with queso fresco served in a scorching hot volcanic rock, traditionally used in the preparation of authentic Mexican food. Served with a side of rice, beans and choice of tortillas
