Two tender fresh chicken breast cutlets layered with melted Mozzarella with squash, mushrooms, broccoli, and peas. Finished in our monterey pesto cream sauce made with fire roasted tomato and jalapeño, cilantro and basil. Served with sour cream red mashed potatoes
