Served on a hot stone. Mortar “molcajete” with melted panels cheese, Angus beef strips, chicken breast, and jumbo shrimp marinated in garlic, wrapped in bacon, a spicy sausage, marinated chile “torreados”, grilled green onion, and nopales. Served with our special Sonoran red sauce. Serves two
