You can’t step into a gelato shop in Italy without finding this staple flavor. Meaning “shattered chocolate” in Italian, gelatiers actually pour melted chocolate onto the white base and shatter it in with a spade. We shatter our chocolate into our batch freezer so that it is mixed throughout the light sweet cream gelato base. So classic and oh so good! Gluten free
