Haneeth lamb

A traditional dish from Sana’a city in Yemen. A very Roasted young fresh lamb until the fall off the bone lamb is ultra-tender and gently roasted cooked underneath oven. (Served over Mandi rice, comes with Yemeni sauce and Yogurt.)
