Hijazi lamb kabsa

A traditional dish from Al Hijazi (Saudi Arabia). A very Roasted young fresh lamb added to that the House recipe cooked with rice and potato very well topped with grilled onion raisins. (Comes with Yemeni sauce and Yogurt.)
