Madhbi - grilled lamb

A traditional dish from Hadhramaut city in Yemen. A very young fresh lamb with particular Yemeni spices grilled on a scorching stone until the fall off the bone lamb is ultra-tender. (Served over Mandi rice, comes with Yemeni sauce and Yogurt.)
