Hadhramaut, Yemeni traditional dish. A very Roasted young fresh quarter lamb until the fall off the bone lamb is ultra-tender and gently roasted. Served over Mandi rice.(Served over Mandi rice, comes with Yemeni sauce and Yogurt.) ( Good For 4-5 People)
