Brown butter caramel knot
Our Brown Butter Caramel Knot is one you won't want to share...We use brown butter in our house made caramel, giving it nuttiness and depth. Sugar is slowly melted until it forms a deep, sensual caramel. Then we take our vanilla bean scented braided croissants and enrobe them in the caramel. The final touch - a light sprinkle of Maldon sea salt
