Would you like to bake with the same fresh yeast we use at izola? We love fresh yeast. Great flavor, powerful rise, easy to use. Never used fresh yeast before? Give it a try with your favorite yeasted bread or pastry. To convert from active dry yeast, we multiply the weight of dry yeast by 2.5. For example, if you use 8 grams of active dry yeast, you would use 20 grams of fresh yeast. 1 lb block
