Our special stew of carnitas topped with grilled shrimp, chicken, carne asada, chorizo, panela (Mexican cheese), roasted nopales, grilled onions and jalapenos in a hugh sizzling molcajete. Served with tortillas, salsa fresca, rice and beans. Serves two people
