Topped with fried onion, dried seaweed, garlic, green onion, fish powder, sesame, cubed pork chashu, an Onsen Tamago (Japanese Soft-Boiled Egg), Mentaiko (Spicy Pollock Roe), Mayo Sauce, Masago, and chopped Shiso Leaf.
