Along with scallions, bamboo shoots, seaweed paper and sweet soy marinated soft boiled egg, then topped with fresh arugula and drizzled with scallion oil, makes for a lighter but never lacking in flavor choice. Combo includes a house side salad, and your choice of half size rice bowl.
