Our signature tonkotsu broth with an added spice! Topped with your choice of braised pork chashu or chicken. Along with wood mushrooms, scallions, seaweed paper and sweet soy marinated soft boiled egg, makes for an addicting heat craving bowl. A must try! ( the spicy cannot be on the side. )
