Our signature pork bone broth. Topped with your choice of braised pork chashu or chicken. Along with wood mushrooms, scallions, seaweed paper and sweet soy marinated soft boiled egg, then drizzled with our black garlic truffle oil finishes our version of tonkotsu ramen. Combo includes a house side salad, and your choice of half size rice bowl.
