Mochiko chicken

Our Mochiko Chicken is a juicy, crispy fried chicken dish that starts out with fresh, never frozen chicken thighs that are hand trimmed into bite size bits, marinated in our house made teriyaki sauce, coated in a sweet rice flour batter, and finished with a deep fry in canola oil to a golden crisp. Served with our house made Sesame Ginger & Soy dressing for dipping. Available as a plate lunch with rice and mac salad or a la carte (see our Sides & Salads category)
