The first enchilada is filled with shredded beef & covered in our red sauce, second enchilada is filled with shredded chicken & covered in our green suiza sauce & the third enchilada is filled with Monterey Jack cheese & covered in our ranchera sauce. All are topped with shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Served with rice, beans & sour cream
