Our entrees proudly feature premium American Wagyu, Japanese wagyu raised in Texas, Australia’s Wagyu, or Japanese Wagyu. Simmered for 12+ hours, our Pho dishes are prepared with a rich and savory American Wagyu bone broth and served with fresh bean sprouts, sliced jalapeno & traditional herbs. Pho combo (Reg/L) Thinly sliced rare steak, tender rib cubes, well-done brisket, and meatballs. All meats are Wagyu, except for the meatballs
