Frankie “the Cameraman”Dave Portnoy inspired crunchy cheese Pizza .New haven style After meticulously figuring out Dave’s requirements of his preference of perfect Pizza 🍕 Chef Ali introduced this unique designer Pizza inspired by Dave’s likings for his fans “ One Bite Everybody knows the rule”Things we do differently only for this particular Pizza :1. Extra long fermentation process our normal is 48hrs but for this Pizza we do 72hrs which adds additional flavor and crunchy bite to the crust.2. Just for this Pizza we add hot coal to our already wood burning oven to get that unique additional fragrance coal adds in longer baking New Haven style .3. Baking time is extended from our 60 to 90 sec Napoli style to 5 + minutes to achieve that crispier crunchy crust Dave loves so much . 4. We use 3 different cheeses for this cheese Pizza 🍕 5. Named the Pizza after Frankie Dave’s cameraman to tribute Frankie for this idea & efforts they take to support small businesses by creating Barstool Fund blessings to all fans
