Buttermilk-fried chicken nuggets with homemade ranch. This is our version of the class of chicken nugget. Instead of ground meat, we use brined, whole chicken thigh pieces, then hand better and fry them. They're like chicken tenders, but with thigh (dark meat) instead of breast meat (light)
