Passion fruit cake slice
Summer in cake form, and only for the month of June. Soft vanilla sponge cake holds three layers of bright passion fruit pastry cream and a sweet ribbon of apricot preserve, all wrapped in tangy passion fruit buttercream. Tropical, a little tart, and impossible to resist when the weather warms up. Once June ends, so does this one so don't wait
