Piña loca (crazy pineapple)
What is this? Piña loca is a perfect snack for hot days – the combination of fresh tropical fruits and vegetables like jicama, cucumber, and pineapple (of course), all combined together with botanas mix and put back into the pineapple “bowl,” made of the pineapple skin... this is sure to be a hit!
