Greek quesadilla (say what?!?!)
Quesadillas are not just for kids. I know everyone secretly loves them! Wheat Tortillas with grilled chicken, grilled peppers & onions, mushrooms, black beans, and cheese blend. Toppers: avocado crema, sour cream, tomatoes, my salsa, jalapenos. Leave out the chicken if just wanting all veggie! Yup! We are doing this! This unique but epic combo of spinach, sun dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, shredded mozzarella cheese, feta & dill on a big flour tortilla is going to make you do a happy dance! Homemade Tzatziki. Request with or without chicken
