A Peruvian inspired steak & eggs burrito. Flat Iron Steak aged 30 days and marinated in our homemade salsa and onions. Seared with tomatoes and basted with our special blend of hot-sauce & soy sauce. Tater tots, cheese & scrambled eggs all topped off with our Hot Fly sauce in a flour tortilla
