(chim-ee-chong-ah) Choice of shredded beef, chicken or ground beef, wrapped in a flour tortilla with beans and cheese. Then deep fried and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, chives and olives. Served with guacamole and sour cream. All meat add for an additional charge
