The 2023 naica West Regional Flavor of the Year. Originally devised from a recipe from the 1700's, we infuse our ice cream with fresh Parmesan cheese, then layer in a swirl of apricot. Great balance of the slightly nutty Parmesan cheese with a fruit swirl. Contains: Milk, eggs
