The flight is the table order: rotating juices poured alongside sparkling wine so everyone builds their own and argues about which one won. Order it for four people and it becomes the centerpiece of the meal whether you planned that or not. Our Bloody Mary is the other direction — house mix, properly seasoned, with a garnish that counts as a first course. It's the correct order after a cold session in the water. If you want something between the two, a michelada with our house Biergarden Lager splits the difference and drinks lighter than either. Coffee is always on, and if you'd rather skip alcohol entirely, the bar keeps zero-proof options and sodas. Nobody blinks at a table where half the group is drinking cold brew
