“The Hippie Ramen with its rich vegan broth and fresh toppings complemented by the miso egg is incredible. This is my personal favorite among all the Ramen spots on Sawtelle.”

“The late-night hours are a lifesaver on the Westside. Came in at midnight and the Ramen was just as perfect as during peak hours. The pork chashu is simmered to perfection with the right amount of salt and umami.”

“The Bold Ramen is absolutely delicious with a rich broth and charred chicken. The 11-ingredient blend is flavorful and the shoyu egg was cooked to perfection. This is hands down my favorite Ramen spot on Melrose.”
