The Pizza Standard

Small cheese Pizza

A 2-3 person serving of mixed greens with mushrooms, artichokes, spicy guero peppers, parmesan, and your choice of housemade balsamic or Caesar dressing

This is a half Pizza dough loaded with garlic sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan and cooked to gooey perfection

Pepperoni, Sausage, Ricotta, Parm Our answer to the Meat Lovers. Trust us, you won't miss the microwaved bacon bits and frozen meatballs

Garlic base with house marinated artichokes, basil, parm, creamy sauce on top Something akin to a spinach and artichoke dip in a bread bowl except basil > spinach and our Pizza dough > any bread bowl

Our White Pizza with Sausage Peppers Onions, Red Pepper Flakes & a splash of lemon juice! This is the newest addition to the menu and it's becoming a fast fav. Really delicious combination of flavors

Extra mozz, extra parm, fresh basil, garlic sauce base, red sauce-on-top This is everyone who works here's favorite slice. If it's your first time there's no better place to start. We have nothing to hide and this Pizza shows it

Sausage, olive, onion, spicy guero pepper, parm, garlic base, Marinara sauce on top

Pepperoni, pineapple, ricotta, red onion Pineapple divides the Pizza world (allegedly) but this Pizza is hard to hate. Replace the cheap ham and fruit with Ezzo and Dole, then add ricotta and red onion to cut the sweetness. Completion

Garlic Base w/ Artichoke, Mushroom, Red Onion, Spicy Guero Pepper, Parmesan, Basil, sot This is a delish pizza, don't let the sea of mediocre vegetarian pizzas in the world dissuade you. Recommend adding olives (a fruit) if you like them

Garlic base with extra mozzarella, extra parmesan, extra ricotta I recommend adding toppings but I know those White Pizza fans won't be deterred from their pure cheese bliss so I decided to add more cheese just for good measure. Rock on!

Pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, red onion, spicy guero pepper, parmesan, garlic base with Marinara sauce on top

Best option for simple pies like half pepperoni & half cheese

Your-Own Specialty Pie

Half a dough ball with Marinara and mozzarella. Shaped like a boat so they won't be pretty but the kids don't mind

Garlic base, house breaded + fried chicken cutlets, ricotta, basil, red onion, basil, parmesan, and Marinara sauce-on-top. This is the owners favorite pizza, 'nuff said

Garlic base with pepperoni, basil, ricotta, chili oil, and a honey drizzle. We've stood long against the trend of hot honey on Pizza but this unique combination really hits the mark

Garlic base with lots of mushrooms, truffle salt, ricotta, red sauce-on-top. Our number one selling specialty Pizza which considering it's mostly mushrooms is saying a lot

sauce,mozz,parm-

housemade, boozy, delicious
