Mozzarella Sticks - House-made Hail Mary Style Cooked in Grass-Fed Beef Tallow. Vegetable oil cooked upon request. We could’ve bought frozen mozzarella sticks like normal people. Instead, we’re breading whole-milk mozzarella by hand and frying it Hail Mary style—crispy outside, gloriously stretchy inside. Whole Milk Mozzarella…rest is a secret. :)
