A healthful hash of turkey sausage, leafy greens, roasted red peppers & rosemary potatoes, garlic, onion, avocado salsa, sautéed in olive oil, and topped with two eggs any style (we like over medium). Drizzled with extra salsa and sprinkled with chili flakes & turmeric
