Rebs sandwich

Our Johnny Rebs' Special is a fine example of our authenticity. It is similar to our pork sandwich with Southern slaw added to the bun and North Carolina in place of Smokehouse sauce. The pork (or chicken) is placed into a bowl and then North Carolina BBQ sauce is added. The two are thoroughly mixed and then the meat is placed on a grilled bun. Our own fresh coleslaw is scooped onto the top of the pork before the sandwich is closed.* a bite of culture: In the Carolinas, if you were to order any sandwich, it would probably be served with slaw unless you specified otherwise
