Rugbrød is a traditional rye bread of Denmark. We use a 100% rye sourdough culture for our Rugbrød, adding whole grain dark rye flour, cooked rye berries, whole emmer flour, sunflower seeds, flaxseed, locally brewed stout beer and barley malt syrup. Coated in sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Friday and Sunday only
