One of the fan favorites. This was the very first special we ever made and people requested it so much we made it a permanent part of our menu. Short rib, sesame mayo, cheese, salsa roja and a cabbage-romaine slaw tossed in a chili soy vinaigrette on toasted buns make this one of the most popular specials ever. Two come per order and we’re flexible in swapping out short rib for any other meat upon request
