A Croque Monsieur is a classic French hot ham and cheese sandwich, often considered a gourmet version of a grilled cheese. Oh LA la! We make ours on French baguette, with ham, Swiss cheese, and homemade béchamel sauce. The sandwich is then baked until golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly
