Crispy pork belly kare-kare (peanut stew)

A classic Filipino stew with a thick peanut sauce topped with a mix of vegetables and Max's very own Lechon Kawali (Crispy Pork Belly). It is drizzled with annatto oil and garnished with chopped peanuts and spring onion. Served with sautéed Max's bagoong (shrimp paste)
