A traditional Vietnamese appetizer; ground shrimp, ground pork, wood ear mushrooms, cabbage, carrots and bean thread noodles. Hand wrapped with gluten free/non gmo rice paper and deep fried to perfection. (Chili fish sauce for dipping)
