Monarch fries
Our most popular appetizer starts off by braising oxtail in our Pho broth for 6 hours until the meat is "fall off the bone" tender. We than pan fry the oxtail meat with white onions and garlic and top it over a bed of shoe string French fries. Our signature Monarch Aioli Sauce is drizzled over the top
