Our smoked carrot lox is made with organic farmer's market carrots, kelp, sunflower and flaxseed oils, apple cider vinegar and sea salt. It's oak smoked for the traditional Nova flavor – no liquid smoke here! It's perfect for topping bagels, avocado toast, latkes, or use any recipe calling for smoked salmon or lox.
