Cheesecake jar

Our creamy dreamy cashew cheesecake, baked in an easy to transport mini mason jar. Perfectly portioned for one person. We layer house made jam on the bottom, then the cheesecake batter, then top with the crust. It's an "upside-down cake" situation to help the crust from getting soggy. We think it's a winner!
